Sustainable Leather Wallets

Our wallets are made from a next generation plant-based leather alternative called MIRUM, which is made from responsibly harvested tree rubber, plant fibres, oils, and waxes. This material is luxurious, soft and durable. It was created with the assistance of BMW who is using it for their car interiors. It is up to 10 times less carbon emitting to produce than animal skin or pleather - read why animal leather is not sustainable here.

Our sustainable wallets and card holders have a full grain texture, high quality zinc alloy hardware, and they are lined with organic cotton. We offer men's sustainable card holders and sustainable women's wallets - our Clementine clutch has a wrist strap and can even be worn as a sustainable clutch bag.

Our vegan leather bags are MADE WITH MIRUM®, a 100% plastic free vegan leather produced in the USA - made with natural tree rubber, minerals, plant fibres, oils and waxes.

Handmade in Portugal

Every Lost Woods bag is made by hand at a small, female-run workshop near Porto, in Portugal. We produce in small batches to avoid overproduction.
