Free Worldwide Delivery – Duties & Taxes Included
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping from our UK warehouse.
For the UK, EU, and USA, we offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping - this means all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are fully covered by us – the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or extra customs payments on delivery.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Delivery Estimates
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked services. Below are the estimated delivery times by destination. Please note: delivery times are estimates only, and occasional delays may occur due to local postal networks or customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
PO Boxes
We ship within the UK and worldwide to physical addresses. At this time, we cannot ship to international PO boxes.
Damages
Lost Woods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Errors
We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if a significant shipping miscalculation occurs at checkout.
