Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 60-day return policy. You have up to two months from the date you receive your bag to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with swing tags and dust bag.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@lostwoodsvegan.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item, including our UK warehouse address.
Please note: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to our UK warehouse.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled via return and repurchase. Once your return is accepted, please place a new order for the desired item to ensure speedy fulfillment.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
